Getting Ready for your experience

Preparing for your Yoga Nidra session can greatly enhance the depth of your experience.

Please turn off any alarms, Alexa/Siri Speakers or electronics that could disturb you during your session. Dress comfortably in layered clothing. Eye masks help keep the light out of your eyes which does make a difference. Please use one if you have one. Extra pillows under your knees, ankles and wrists adds extra comfort for the body to help it drop even deeper. Get ready for a relaxing journey into your Self.
